Dalindèo is a Finnish sextet founded by guitarist-composer Valtteri
Pöyhönen in 2003. The band plays cinematic, dancefloor-oriented
contemporary jazz. Although the music is influenced by IDM and other
electronic styles, Dalindèo focuses fully on acoustic instruments and
sounds, and on the craftmanship of jazz musicians.
The band is currently working on the follow-up to debut album “Open Scenes” (-07). New record “Soundtrack for the Soud Eye” will be out in May -09.
