Composer, singer and percussionista appeared in the end of the years of 1950, Orlann Divo (born as Orlandivo Honório de Souza in Itajaí/SC - Aug 5, 1937) started early, touching gaita-de-boca” to the six years of age. Orlann Divo moved to Rio de Janeiro (1946), where was presented the public as to crooner of the band of Ed Lincoln, with which it participates of diverse carried through balls in clubs of Rio De Janeiro and boites as the “Vinicius”, the “Nice Coffee” and the “Affectionate one”. The years of 1960 had been of extreme importance for the artistic career of Orlann Divo: it launches some album-ground, as the classics the Key of the Success (1962) and Samba in Parallel (1965).
